A local NGO is in the process of updating its Suppliers Register. Prospective suppliers of the following goods and services are invited for vetting and if successful will be registered on our 2021 approved suppliers list:

Provision of ICT equipment, accessories; ICT hardware service, repair and maintenance; Accommodation and Conference facilities countrywide; Printing and binding services; Office furniture and accessories; Stationery and office supplies; Travel Agencies; Vehicle hire; Taxi services and local transport; Sanitary disposal services; Protective clothing for cleaning and security staff; Provision of security services; Motor vehicle maintenance, Servicing and panel beating; Motor vehicle tyres, fitting, wheel balancing and alignment; Provision of insurance; Advertising/corporate branding and promotional materials; Catering Services, Hiring of catering/ functions equipment, Infographics and video-filming.

Interested suppliers and/ consultants are required to submit the following documents Certified copy of CR14, Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation; VAT registration certificate; Company Profile indicating physical, postal address and contact person; Certified copy of Current Tax Clearance Certificate; 5 traceable trade references and their contact details.

All documents must be sent by email only, clearly marked on the subject with the category that one is applying for and must be sent to procurementzw@gmail.com .The closing date for submission of documents is end of day on the 9^th  of  February  2021 and no documents shall be received or entertained after this due date and time.
