ZELO invites reputable and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of Grade 30 premix concrete for construction works at its construction site in Hatfield.
1. Scope of works
The successful bidder shall supply and deliver:
- 185 cubic metres of Grade 30 premix concrete
- Concrete pumping services to site
The quotation must clearly indicate the following separately:
- Cost per cubic metre of Grade 30 premix concrete
- Pump establishment cost
- Pump set-up fee
- Any additional delivery-related charges
2. Technical Specifications
The premix concrete supplied should:
- Be Grade 30 strength concrete
- Meet all applicable engineering and construction standards
- Be suitable for reinforced structural concrete works
3. Quality Assurance Requirements
The supplier shall:
- Conduct and provide cube tests for the supplied premix concrete
- Submit cube test certificates/results confirming compliance with Grade 30 specifications
- Ensure consistency in concrete quality throughout the supply period
4. Delivery Requirements
- The supplier should indicate the lead time for delivery.
- Deliveries should be coordinated in line with the project schedule.
- The supplier should provide adequate pumping equipment and qualified technical personnel on site.
5. Supplier Eligibility Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company profile
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Certificate of incorporation/registration
- At least three traceable references for similar assignments

Supplier to indicate quotation validity period.
