Younger Ncube vs City of Harare

This a summons case in which ZELA is assisting Younger Ncube to claim the delictual damages he incurred as a result of failure by City of Harare to exercise its duty of care. In this case Younger Ncube`s son sustained severe injuries after falling into a dumpsite that is owned and operated by City of Harare. He had to spend months in the hospital. Younger Ncube is claiming general damages on behalf of the son in the form of pain and suffering , nervous shock and trauma as well as medical expenses.
